Let's Keep In Touch 

Introducing the latest offering from Matt Barber "Let's Keep In Touch," a special edition full length album dedicated to Matt's graduating class.  "I feel the new album is superior musically and I'm very proud of it," says Matt.  "I'm very happy with the finished recording and it was fun getting other musicians involved in the project as well. The album features more up-tempo tunes that the younger fans will enjoy as well as a few ballads including "My Fair Crystal" and the title track "Let's Keep In Touch."  Most of the songs were written and arranged by Matt's close friend/collaborator David Saelens.  While Dave has written many of the songs on Matt's albums, Matt has been busy writing more of his own songs.  "The next project will probably be all of my own songs," says Matt.  "Songwriting for me has been a way of expressing myself."  Matt says he is taking his time on the next project, which may be a while.  Matt has been busy relentlessly touring the country and no doubt will continue to do so.  Matt feels "Let's Keep In Touch" is without a doubt his best album yet.  "With each album my goal is to make it better than the previous."  Matt considers this album a tribute to his graduating class, with the hope to "keep in touch" with friends and loved ones, and a lasting recording of his childhood.  The music is simple, pure, and not too serious.  It's a mixture of fun songs, relaxing songs, love songs, and songs that will touch your heart.  "Let's Keep In Touch" is a must-have for your Matt Barber collection!
